OUR PLACE
The OGM has been lovingly renovated it took 9 months and opened in April 2022. Originally a historic coaching Inn and listed building it has been totally transformed and modernized to a contemporary cool whilst retaining the old-world charm. It’s the place to be with many offers such as the deli, pizza restaurant, fine food restaurant (Toms kitchen ) fab bar , wine cave , expansive external space including a glazed in area where the roof removes automatically in the better weather! external large patio area and 10 bedrooms to follow next year once refurbished.

The bar is large and open plan with original stone fireplace exposed. All new floors a mixture of antique oak and modern polished concrete. There is a fine restaurant where we prepares all the dishes daily. Home made pasta , bread , and even his sumptuous desserts ! Our restaurant is open every day (except Tuesday) We use the best butcher’s cuts of meat and daily fresh fish that comes in daily from Hodgsons of Hartlepool. Also, our very popular Sunday Roast is from 12noon onwards. Booking is essential.

OGM Pizzeria is a relaxed neighbourhood Pizza eatery, following the traditions and artistry of pizza from Rome - the birth place of pizza.
We opened OGM Pizzeria in 2022 with a bespoke Italian Pizza oven. Since then we have spent months perfecting our techniques to create a perfect, light, classic Roma pizza which is hand spun including sourdough and gluten free options.

WINE CAVE

SPACE
The old coaching house has been turned into a wine cave with high open to the rafters ceiling and rustic exposed brickwork. It has its own bespoke made bar separate from the main building . the wine cave is linked to the main building via the glazed pergola with sliding glass sides and removable roof (for better weather !) it makes an excellent function area or party space. The wine cave and the pergola can be reserved for private events of up to 150 people. Booking is required.
